REMODEL... This category includes many facets. The commom items are room additions, changing wall position to alter room size, upgrade of a kitchen or bathroom(s), replacing windows, doors, exterior siding, gutters, downspouts, carpet, interior wall material, trim, base board, grab bars, etc.

REPAIR... When entering this arena we find there are multitudes of possibilities that could be included. The obvious category is that something has broken; it use to work now it does not. Included in this group would be items such as locks, door knobs, light fixtures, switches , drawer guides, outlets, faucets, garage doors, light bulbs and many more. Another group would be things that have been damaged; I don't know how it happened. This area would be inclusive of such things as doors, counter tops, glass panes, storm doors, gates, downspouts, siding, water or wind damage, frozen pipes, and the aging of materials.
